After a less well-attended congress in Bilbao in 2022, one thing was clear: EUROFORGE conFAIR 2024 must set new standards. The challenge? A significantly higher number of participants, maximum visibility for exhibitors and an economically viable implementation. The focus was on an optimized registration process, IT support for speakers on site and an efficient financial structure in which all income could be used directly to cover the event costs.

EUROFORGE conFAIR 2024 should be positioned as a must-attend event for the international forging industry. A varied program consisting of a main plenary session, two breakout sessions, a spacious exhibition area and catering areas was specifically developed.
Complemented by a welcome reception, a poster presentation and an interactive photo station for social media engagement, a platform was created that put the industry center stage despite the economic challenges.
