Maximum entertainment for the workforce - without disrupting day-to-day business
The planning and implementation of the 2024 summer party posed a particular challenge, as the Eppendorf SE company premises were subject to strict safety regulations.
Our task was to ensure a smooth event in close coordination with the client's internal project team, the plant's own security guards, the local catering company and other service providers. All logistical processes had to be designed in such a way that regular operations were not impaired during set-up and dismantling or on the day of the event.

Through intensive coordination and on-site inspections, we were able to develop a well thought-out event concept that took all requirements into account.
What led to success
Catering & tent construction
The perfect placement of the food stations was planned and implemented in close cooperation with the plant's own catering department. Additional food trucks, including a crêpe stand and an ice cream van, rounded off the offer.
Entertainment & Music
The booking of a live band and a DJ ensured an exuberant atmosphere. We worked closely with a professional service provider for sound and technology.
Activities & Decoration
Outdoor attractions such as bull riding, XXL table football, a mobile photo box and elaborate balloon decorations created a unique experience.
Logistics and security
The organization of a shuttle service between the nearest S-Bahn station and the company premises facilitated the safe transport of guests. At the same time, a comprehensive security concept was developed and successfully implemented.
Conclusion
The success of the event was crowned by the perfect summer weather and the enthusiastic guests. The live band in the marquee provided an unforgettable evening of music and dancing. The varied catering concept also proved to be a complete success and was much appreciated by the participants.
