This award confirms our systematic commitment to responsible corporate behavior and shows that sustainability at time change change is not seen as an individual initiative, but as an integral part of our corporate strategy.
How EcoVadis assesses companies
assessment. Wi assesses companies using a standardized ESG framework that covers the areas of environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The analysis is evidence-based and takes into account documented evidence, policies, processes, and performance indicators. Methodologically, the process is based on recognized international guidelines and proven sustainability, compliance, and management principles.
The assessment covers four key dimensions:
- Environment – Environmental management systems, emissions data, resource efficiency
- Labor & Human Rights (Social) – Working conditions, health & safety, social responsibility
- Ethics (Governance) – Compliance, corruption prevention, responsible business practices
- Responsible procurement – supply chain processes, supplier management, risk analyses
This creates an internationally comparable ESG assessment that incorporates both management systems and operational measures.
Our assessment result
time change was awarded the bronze medal in the latest EcoVadis assessment. With an overall score of 84%, we are in the top third (top 35%) of all companies assessed. The rating confirms that our existing management systems and guidelines are solidly implemented in the relevant sustainability categories.
Classification of our results
The results show that time change achieves a solid level of performance in all sustainability dimensions considered. This is particularly evident in the area of labor and human rights, followed by clearly recognizable structures in the areas of ethics, the environment, and sustainable procurement. The overall assessment shows that relevant principles, processes, and control mechanisms are in place and are already being used effectively.
At the same time, the analysis makes it clear that there is further potential for development, particularly in terms of deepening existing approaches and further increasing effectiveness in individual areas. The result thus serves as a point of reference. It confirms functional structures and at the same time shows where further steps can contribute to further expanding the level of sustainability in the long term.
Next steps in development
Based on the EcoVadis results, we will further refine our sustainability strategy and continuously increase the maturity of our ESG activities. The assessment provides clear guidance in this regard, identifies areas for development, and helps us to document progress in an even more structured and transparent manner in the future.
