Our sustainability philosophy

For us, sustainability is more than just a trend or a passing notion – it is a deep commitment to the environment, the future, and a conscious lifestyle.
However, we are aware that we operate in an industry that involves flights, consumption, and resource-intensive conditions.
Therefore, it is all the more important to scrutinize every detail and create a balance for every resource consumed. We are constantly seeking alternatives with reusable materials and critically questioning whether the effort justifies the benefit.
Events play a central role in our business because personal exchange and emotional experiences are crucial for successful communication. Communication is our passion and our strength – it is the heart of our business. That’s why our sustainability strategy focuses on communication, which is reflected in all aspects of our actions and operations.
We use our communication skills to promote sustainability – not only in dialogue with our partners but also within our company. Our goal is for every employee to integrate the principles of professional sustainability into their personal lives and see the goals as a personal value for themselves and their environment.
It’s not just about concrete actions like biking instead of driving or separating waste; rather, it’s about developing a lasting sustainable consciousness that positively influences everyday life.
SDG commitment
Here is the English translation:
Climate change, social challenges, and global conflicts shape our societal and political daily life.
However, these global challenges also clearly pave the way for change. They call on us to reconsider our thinking and actions and provide a platform for worldwide solidarity in the fight for a better future.
Against this backdrop, the United Nations General Assembly launched the 2030 Agenda with the “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) in September 2015.
As a broadly positioned agency with eight branches in the DACH region, we are committed to the 17 goals of ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable development. We see it as our responsibility to actively contribute to the transformation towards a fairer, more sustainable world. With a strong focus on transparent and sustainable communication, we particularly concentrate on Goals 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 17.
Certifications and awards
Here is the English translation:
Since July 2018, we have been proud holders of the internationally recognized GSTC certificate, which was established under the auspices of the UN and sets guidelines for sustainable tourism.
It is considered one of the most trustworthy and credible certifiable standards in this field.
Through GSTC, we have been able to create a framework that enables us to align and further develop our company both internally and externally, across locations, strategically, and sustainably.
We are aware that sustainability is an ongoing process, and we are committed to embracing it in all areas of our business. The core topics include effective sustainable tourism planning, maximizing social and economic benefits for the local population, preserving cultural heritage, and minimizing negative environmental impacts. In 2023, we were successfully recertified.
Ecological and social responsibility
Here is the English translation:
In the social sphere, our focus is on the most valuable asset of our company: our employees.
Our responsibility is to create a sustainable work environment, understand the needs of our employees, and ensure that their values align with those of our company.
We promote respectful interactions, provide support for retirement planning, and offer job tickets.
In the ecological sphere, we are committed to environmental protection every day in all our offices and areas. We prefer regional suppliers, use sustainable means of transport, and have established an efficient system for reusing signage.
Since 2019, we have been using digital briefings for our guides and hostesses, which has significantly reduced our paper consumption. As part of our GSTC certification, we support three ecological and social projects to offset our CO2 emissions: NABU Berlin, the German Lebensbrücke against child poverty, and the organization SORCE, which works to protect and cultivate mangroves and coral trees in Indonesia.
